FAQ's...... 1. How do I book? please contact us by phone numbers provided or by completing the contact us form on the menu. 2. How much notice do I need to give for a booking? You can book anytime however bookings get very busy so please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. 3. How much does it cost? Please see the seperate castle pages as all prices are listed with each item!!! 4. What do the prices include? All bouncy castle booking prices include local delivery, a small charge may need to be charged for out of area deliveries, (please contact us for delivery rates).You will receive a blower, extension cable, circuit breaker and safety crash mats, the price also includes set up, inflation and collection. 5. When are your bouncy castles available? Our castles are available 7 days a week all year round including Bank Holidays. 6. How long do I get the equipment for? Delivery and pick-up time can be arranged at time of booking and we will try fit around your arrangements best as possible for day,but times are generally anytime between 8am - 9pm. 7. Do you hire overnight? no sorry we dont offer overnight hires! 8. Do I have to pay a deposit? No deposit is required. 9. How do I pay? we ask you to pay cash or cheque on delivery,we do not accept credit card payments yet. 10. What if I need to cancel? You can cancel at anytime, all we ask is that you give us as much notice as possible so we can offer the castle to someone else. 11. What if it rains? Most of our castles have a rain cover fitted for use in light showers,in the event of heavy rain or high winds expected on the day of delivery we will contact you before hand and may have to cancel for health and safety reasons if its not expected to clear. 12. Do you supply safety instructions? Yes we provide a detailed disclaimer form with safety instructions for you to look over whilst we set up,we will also answer any questions you may have 2,once you are happy and have fully read and understood the form we need you to sign it to say that you will then be responsible for the safe use of it once we leave,we will leave you a copy of this.
